Shipping policy

Chaos Studio Georgia ships to addresses within the United States only. I do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Because every product is individually printed to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. This time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Transit Time

Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

* Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
* Priority shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Total estimated delivery time = production time (5–7 business days) + transit time.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking notification for the carrier to update their system.

PO Boxes

I can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. UPS shipments require a physical address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside my control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me at store@chaosstudiogeorgia.com and I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact me immediately at store@chaosstudiogeorgia.com — I can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Packaging

I ship in fully eco-friendly packaging — everything is curbside recyclable, so nothing ends up in a landfill.
