How are your products made?

I individually print every item to order using high-quality calibrated PLA on Bambu Labs printers and carefully assemble it myself. Nothing ships from a pre-made stockpile.

How long does an order take?

Since everything is made to order, please allow for print and assembly time before your order ships. If you need something by a specific date, message me and I'll let you know if it's feasible.

How do I clean and care for my deck box or accessory?

PLA is durable but not indestructible. Wipe items down with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid soaking them in water. Keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight and away from high heat (like a hot car dashboard or near a heater), since PLA can soften and warp above roughly 122°F (50°C).

Are the magnetic closures strong enough for regular use?

Yes. My magnetic-closure boxes use embedded magnets sized for daily opening and closing, and they're built to hold up to regular tabletop use and travel.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Message me with a photo and your order number and I'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Do you take custom or personalized orders?

Often, yes. Reach out with what you have in mind and I'll tell you what's possible.
