At Chaos Studio Georgia, every product is individually printed to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window
I accept returns within **7 days** of delivery. To be eligible, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email me at store@chaosstudiogeorgia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused during transit. I recommend using a trackable shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please email me at store@chaosstudiogeorgia.com within 7 days with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items (specific color requests, engravings, or made-to-spec orders) are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
